Phill, a 32-year-old Brazilian, has been behind bars for only a week due to a tragic judicial error. Desperate and maintaining his innocence, he quickly learns that in Director Matteo?s office, the truth is a flexible currency. To secure his survival despite being framed, the "new fish" accepts a dark quid pro quo: protection in exchange for submitting to the Director?s whims on The Hugger. Stretched out with his wrists restrained high, Phill?s vulnerable armpits are dangerously exposed. With his bare feet locked tight into the stocks, he becomes the first guinea pig of the Tickle Prison. Matteo toys with his sensitive soles, sending the helpless inmate into a fit of hysterical laughter. It?s only the beginning; the Director?s "slow and cruel" method ensures Phill can never get used to the sensation. In this penitentiary, the Director's pleasure is the only law.
