A ticklish human plate

Teko is craving for some good sushi, so he books an expensive delivery food service from a Japanese restaurant that specializes in nyotaimori; that is, eating off their hot young male workers' bodies.
Ticklish twink Max is served on a platter on Teko's bed: he is wearing nothing but his skin-colored underwear, showing a prominent bulge. Instructed not to move or even speak, Max feels extra ticklish as Teko shamelessly gobbles on the sushi. "Don't you dare drop one piece", the powerful host warns Max.
