Chez Ortiz arrives at Dr. Tickle's office, complaining of constant physical fatigue, severe muscle soreness, and other unexplicable symptoms after his intense gym workouts. The strapping, muscular patient enters the clinical room ready for a thorough medical assessment. The doctor begins the evaluation, which quickly shifts from standard examination into a very unorthodox therapy. As the procedure progresses, Chez is gradually stripped of his clothing until he is completely undressed, tied up and vulnerable! The doctor secures him onto a specialized medical chair, firmly immobilizing his arms overhead and elevating his legs into a fully bound, helpless position, exposing his feet, ass, balls, armpits... quiet everything. Meanwhile, Dr. Tickle introduces various medical instruments to test his patient's sensory reactions, applying systematic tickling techniques across his broad frame. As the doctor targets his highly reactive ribs and sensitive hairy armpits, the tough jock completely loses his cool, melting into a cascade of unstoppable, breathless laughter. The session intensifies with every pass of the examination tools and the doctor's fingers, breaking down Chez's defenses while he's completely immobilized on the chair.
Only after all that sensory evaluation does Dr. Tickle proceed to the final stage of therapy: deep, wet foot worship. The doctor focuses on Chez's massive, 44.5 EU (11.5 US) bare feet, devouring his toes and covering his soles in saliva…but it's all for the patient's own good, of course

Doctor Tickle's deep, hands-on examination

The slow-burn sensuality of the previous encounter snaps as Johnny strips Phill completely out of his wrestling singlet, revealing a heavy cockring tightly clamped around the base of the wrestler's scrotum. With the handsome powerhouse secured to the four corners of the queen-size bed in a helpless spread-eagle position, the dynamic completely shifts. Johnny's tiny black-and-white cheerleader outfit—boldly stamped with a massive "SISSY" label across the chest—constantly rides up, flashing his incredible bare ass every time he leans over his bound partner.
The playful torment targets Phill everywhere, from his armpits and sides to those smooth, sensitive size 10 US (43 EU) soles. Phill doesn’t shriek or ruin the steamy atmosphere; he stays intensely horny and cooperative, looking up at Johnny with pure desire. He giggles, moans, and lets out adorable, breathless fits of laughter, completely melting into the sensation as Johnny uncovers every single hidden weak spot.
Then, Johnny jerks Phill’s cockring-bound dick hard and fast. The action gets beautifully lewd as Johnny jacks him off into a frenzy. Desperate to keep himself focused through the overwhelming sensation, the wrestler reaches out and tightly grips Johnny’s adorable, bare size 8 US (41 EU) foot, anchoring himself to the cheerleader's soft skin just as he cums, shooting a hot, heavy load all over the bed.

We first met Máximo at the first "Casa Tickles" party, where he arrived with a mission: his Mistress had sent him to be at the mercy of our crowd. Since that day, the tall, brawny Spaniard hasn't stopped telling us how much he craves being tied up for our cameras. We couldn't wait to get this masculine, gentle giant into the studio for his official debut.
For his first "professional" session, we’ve placed Máximo on the bed with his wide, size-43 EU (10 US) feet locked firmly into the wooden stocks, while his hands are pulled behind his head in a tight Shibari bunny tie, his armpits wide open. To ensure he gets the full PSM experience, Matteo is joined by our friend Matt (from León’s "Casa Tickles" video). Together, they mount a dual-front assault, with Matteo dominating the upper body while Matt relentlessly works the big guy's soles.
Máximo is a revelation. His "fresh" and youthful giggles are surprisingly manly, echoing through the room as his face turns a bright, heated red. Despite being drenched in sweat and squirming under the four-hand attack, his submissive nature shines through—he is nearly unbreakable, enduring the torment with a charming, breathless smile. The climax reaches a fever pitch when Matteo strips away his gym trousers, introducing the electric flosser to his cock and balls. Between the vibrations and the manual stroking, Máximo is pushed to the edge, his moans and giggles merging into a final, powerful surrender.

When Matteo orders pizza, he finds a young naive Latino delivery boy right in his living room. So when he catches Chris eyeing his new tickle torment device, he offers the straight jock a chance to earn his tip: Chris just needs to let himself get tickled. Easy.
But there's a catch: if the greedy young man laughs, Matteo will take off one piece of clothing from him. And this pizza boy is so pathetically ticklish - even through his polo shirt and white dirty socks - that he is screaming "No more!" not even five minutes in!
Chris' clothes keep coming off, his ticklish soles are fully exposed and Matteo has just found out the balls are his weakest spot. It's so pitiful that Matteo decides to up the game: what can he do next to give the youngster one last chance before making him crash out?

Arley is a sexy college jock whose grades are slipping, and he'll need some hard-earned extra credit to graduate. Luckily, his university offers a weird yet ideal extracurricular activity - one that involves the young man's horrendously ticklish feet.
Sporting a casual white t-shirt, along with snug jeans, Arley shows up at a strange new office. The only furniture in sight is a huge hospital-like padded contraption with wooden stocks attached to it. The professional instructor who will lead Arley's exam, Matteo, has no time for nonsense, and his questions keep the straight Latino on edge. "How big are your feet?" "9.5." "How ticklish are your soles?" "Very." Apparently, that's all Matteo needs to hear. Arley is the perfect candidate for a new test, or so Matteo says.
Matteo introduces Arley to his personal nightmare: tickling! He commands Arley to put his hands behind his head, then begins testing his armpits. Yep: ticklish. His torso? Ticklish. His thighs? Ticklish. Ignoring Arley's pleas for answers, Matteo finally removes the jock's shoes, revealing dirty, sweaty white socks hiding Arley's most sensitive and ticklish spot. The guy is practically untouchable there - he laughs uncontrollably at even the softest touch.
When Matteo strips the sexy young Latino down to his tighty-whities, Arley is unsure what to expect, but, given he's about to fail out of college, he has no choice but to obey.
Soon, the bad student finds himself stretched out on the chair, wrists restrained above his head, his bare, vulnerable feet locked in the stocks.
Matteo will use every single tool available to him (even his mouth!) on every single part of Arley's body (even his cock!)...

Bad student's tickle test

Igor is not the greatest laugher and, because of a mild allergic reaction that affected his feet during the shoot, we had to cut the foot tickling to a little over two minutes. For these reasons, we publish this clip at such convenient price.
But, if you're willing to give him a chance, you'll get to know the gentlest and sexiest guy from Hungary who... may or may not have a crush on Matteo? ;) Be that as it may, the two of them make one of the most sensual PSM videos of the latest years, with mouth kissing, neck licking and balls handling...

Name: Igor
Age: 24 years old
Astrological sign: Gemini
Height: 187cm (6'2")
Weight: 75 kg (165 lb)
Shoe size: 43 EU (10 US)
Worst ticklish spots: Armpits

Isn't it nice to have the perfect slave all tied and naked to fulfil your sadistic fantasies? Pedro's naivety and sweetness makes him, indeed, so perfect to play with.
Here, his arms are tied to the ceiling with ropes and his ankles are trapped in the Hugger's wooden stocks, exposing his delightful armpits and hypersensitive soles.
After just a few moments since the beginning of today's tickling session, Pedro's skin gets so shiny in a mix of oil and sweat, making him even more sensitive. His eyes are blindfolded, so he can't see where will Matteo attack next.
Our tickler first approaches him from behind, using his bare hands on Pedro's underarms and torso to start teasing the ticklee. Then Matteo begins playing with the captive's cock and balls.
Watch this little pup begging his tormentor to stop, as Matteo uses feathers, brushes, pet-grooming gloves and electric flossers to milk all the laughter he can out of poor Pedro!

Pedro's nude torment

Roc is completely naked, lying face down on the bed, restrained with strong ropes in a spread eagle position. This is a very humiliating situation for such a big, strong and proud man, as Matteo has access to his whole body, including his fat, throbbing ass and his size-45-EU (11.5-US) feet, which get thoroughly tickled.
In this clip, we can't really say Roc is a laugher: partly because he's holding back to show his strength; also because of the uncomfortable position; finally, because he's so frustrated and angry.
But what you can't deny is that he's not affected by Matteo's skilled fingers tickling his armpits, his sides, his ass, his balls, his thighs and the bottom of his big feet: Roc the bull is definitely back in this video! He shouts, moans, groans, pulls against the ropes and even JUMPS (as little as his restraints allow him, of course), especially when his tormentor teases his balls and huge cock with a feather.

Roc gets his ass and feet tickled

Infante makes the big mistake to not only come back to our set and in front of our cameras, but he's so confident that he's already seen everything that there is about tickling, that our naive straight boy accepts Matteo's offer to do this new video butt naked, tied to dear ol' Hugger and without the right to ask for a break.
You see, not only is Infante nice, open-minded and generous by nature; his previous video "Her tickling method" convinced him that no one was going to make him more ticklish than what he was during that experience.
Matteo takes complete advantage of Infante's miscalculation and, above all, of his huge 45 EU / 11.5 US size feet, trapped as they are in the Hugger's inescapable stocks.
Infante soon realizes his mistake, but it's too late, and what a vision is his cock, jumping up and down, while the poor boy reaches such peaks of hysterical laughter that he's almost out of breath, thrashing and struggling against his bonds in a vain attempt to save his exposed, ticklish body.
This is Matteo at his most sadistic: when Infante can't take it anymore and whines too much, our tickler simply puts a mouth gag on him to make him suffer some more.
